When a customer books a package, the client declares to buy the package for the price announced and indicated on the website at the time of booking and paying for the package. Please, check correctly the variants and features of the packages before booking the services and making the payment. Check the dates and times available at the time of booking the services.
When a client books and purchases a package or service, 1080 London will send an email to confirm the purchase and payment. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of their purchase and the details of the package or service purchased. If the services or packages are not available, the client will be informed by email or phone.
The delivery time will depend on the type of service or package chosen by the client and the type of vehicle. The times shown on the website are an estimate.
1080 London may cancel any order and not supply services if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of the services and packages at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for services will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. PAYMENTS
The services and packages will be paid through the payment platforms available on the website. Payment will be debited from your credit card/debit card immediately on you placing the order for the service or package you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
1080 London reserves the right to determine the price for the services and packages. 1080 London will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.
Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the services. 1080 London reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the services.
